Don’t you have to follow an exact pattern when you talk to Dr. O to get that e-peen? If you didn’t say the right things, you don’t get the peen.

I wouldn’t have gotten it, even if I knew about it. Doctor O is one of the coolest characters in the game.
Though, I wish I’d have known about the lolcat E-Peen. I tried to do the same thing that had been written in the beta test (if you gave “good” answers, it gave a huge boost to alignment), but they changed it for the release. |
