Is there EVER any point in which (Maybe at MAX?) your frugality would render any item to be sold for more than it costs to be bought?

There was such a point, back in Beta. Search and you might find screenshots.

ET fixed this, at least through Frugality purchases. However, whether he also mitigated the impact of .moar files is undetermined at this point.

There used to be, but that was in testing and was quickly fixed.

Now ALL sales are capped at 60% (i think) of their purchase price.

Hmm.. thats pretty fail if you ask me.

Anyway, thanks. I dont agree with a CAP on it, its worse than anything you can ever do, BUT, maybe ET should think about it atleast going down to equal points and it staying there.

For example: An item costs 250000 and sells for 220000.

A completely different item costs 100 and sells for 20.

(EXAMPLE SCALE, I do not know the real one)

Item 1: 250000/220000 at 0 CHA

Item 2: 100/20 at 0 CHA

Item 1: 240000/230000 at 200 CHA

Item 2: 60/60 at 50 CHA

And Item 1 maybe reaching 235k at the cap or something.

The point is, if you bother to max out CHA, for the sake of experimenting with Equipment without penalty, I think its a great idea, dont you?

Frugality affects buy/sell prices, not charisma.
