Pretty sure Gamblebot's difficulty has been increased

I’m pretty sure Gamblebot’s difficulty rate has been doubled.
I mean, you can write off one bad day or so as bad luck, but consistently, for the last 4 days, I’ve lost between 100,000 and 250,000 Flezz getting my 10 antifreezes.
This is NOT normal. And it’s not like, just lose lose win lose lose win, it’s like, lose your 8 starting hands in a row. Win one. Lose 5 more.
My 10 today cost me 140k.
EDIT: Btw, I’m following the wiki’s guide on Blackjack, which most can agree is about the best strategy you can find. Shii edited this message on 01/25/2009 11:27AM |

Not 100% sure but I think the Gamblebot status displayed on the chat is related to the difficulty level. When the bastard is peering into your wallet you have the smallest chance of winning. |

I even stopped gambling for those 10 daily scoops, too expensive. With my first two cards I usually got like 13 or 14, followed by a 10. So frustrating |

I dunno about that, quagn, but it seems to be unanimous that he’s gotten loaded.
And yeh, Aldo, it’s 12-16, followed by 10. Almost without fail.
Twice today I got an eleven, he was dealt a 6. These are pretty much the best odds for a good hand for you + bust for Gamblebot.
Both times I was dealt like a 3, and he gets the win without busting. |

Just stand on 12. That way gamblebot usually busts himself because he doesn’t stand on 15 or lower. |

I know this, but I mean his chances of dealing you **** while dealing himself the exact cards he needs seem to be higher than they were.
I mean, it used to be that if I lost 100k during my antifreeze rune (20 wins, 30 losses) it was an absolutely awful streak of luck.
Now, I’m happy if I only lose 100k. My play strategy hasn’t changed, and I have yet to lose less than 100k any day this week.
EDIT: And yeh, Nicco, I stand on 12 if he’s dealt 3, 4, 5, or 6. Cuz if he gets a 7, he’ll get a 10 almost guaranteed. And 2-3 isn’t high enough to really have a significant chance of busting. Shii edited this message on 01/25/2009 12:50PM |

Got my 10 scoops today, made about 50,000 in the process.
Remember, this is simulated 1-deck Blackjack with a reshuffled deck each deal (meaning no ability to count) and no possibility of splitting a particularly bad hand like two 8s or two As. You’re SUPPOSED to lose more than you win. |
