I know it’s been brought up time and time again, but still nothing’s been done about it. And sure enough, Alzheimer’s finally happened to me.

I’m going through and pwning everything in order, that way I know I’m not pwning something twice, and when I’m halfway through the list of community forums I start pwning Paranoid Panorama. I remembered to skip over Saiyantology, but by the time it occurs to me that I already beat PP thanks to it being listed twice, I had already made my first move and thus it was too late.

Seriously, it’s just unfair that a design flaw like that can cause people to lose a 50-odd forum streak.

But then people without Episode 2 couldn’t access those forums.

And now I’m not saying that with a conflict of interest because I actually have Ep2 now.

Guys, it is silly to think that forums that are part of the plot line of Episode 2 will be removed from the standard forums section. As mentioned, it wouldn’t be cool to take them out of the community forums either. It’s kind of a Log in to see images! situation, but it really helps to just pick one side or the other and never pwn the ones on the other list. I choose to do all the community, since I already need to avoid G! on the standard forums list, so it’s easier to keep in mind to skip the others.

Maybe make a list and cross them off. Make a bookmarks folder that includes everything you should pwn from the standard forums and just avoid that page.

Maybe we could get a third list of forums that just includes all of them, without any duplicates?

i made a java program that puts the names of the forums i visit into a treeSet

that way, my streak never gets broken

it’s much easier to use copy-paste and check the list,

but this way is a lot easier since i’m lazy

also, it gives me warnings about PP and CoS in particular

Yeah, I did the same thing a week or two ago. I’d have almost an extra inch on my E-Peen right now if I hadn’t done it.

Trout should just make them into “separate” forums – so that pwning both the standard forum and the community forum adds to your streak. I like the idea of community forums making it into the game, that was a really pleasant surprise – but the current setup is a little confusing and frustrating.
