OP seems to be implying that there is a chance no stats could exceed 94.

Which is incorrect. Theoretically there is no “limit”, and you are limited by the best equipment you can get.

Also, Getting the Pink Floyd File gives +30 offense, so your number is flawed initally.

Just for the purposes of stating the obvious, that’s just the number that has been tested up to in the Wiki – the data matches the new values so it’s fairly safe to bumume they can be extrapolated for higher levels of offense using the same formulas.

The defence formula needs a little work as it’s incorrect for high levels of defence (defence over 100 does not reduce damage or hit-rate to 0)

Offense isn’t capped as far as ANYBODY can tell (‘cept for CZ staff), and I’ve updated the wiki to reflect that.

Frugality stops working after around 54 points, IIRC.

Spoilerpedia suggests that an upkeep of 20 points makes your equipment immune to damage (I think that’s wrong, but whatever).

Last I checked Charisma was capped fairly low, but since you can’t spend points on that anyway it doesn’t really matter.

The defense stat information listed on the Wiki is all kinds of wrong, but I think that’s from a stat rebalance rather than a cap.

Luck is not too well understood, so we don’t know if it’s capped or not.

We srsly need to update the Wiki.

The Wiki says that each point of Upkeep is -5% damage to your eq. 20*5%=100%. I REALLY doubt it works like that, though.

Upkeep is all about keeping your items less damaged. Whenever you are successfully attacked, your items take damage to their condition. How much damage they take is determined by two things. First is the Quality of the item. Higher Quality items take less damage each hit; but don’t bumume that more expensive items are necessarily of higher Quality than cheaper ones.

The second factor that determines damage is your Upkeep stat. For every level of Upkeep you have (including the first that you start with), your items will take 5% less damage than they would otherwise. At Level 6, then, your items only take 70% of their normal damage.

Bruce Bear will charge roughly 20% of list price (see Frugality below for an explanation of that) to fully repair an item. Even though you can only see damage as an integer, Bruce Bear will charge based on the damage percentage including fractions, so prices may seem to fluctuate by a flezz or two.
