This comes up often enough to be FAQed. By “contact us tool”, do you mean the guy in the next cube with the phon— oh wait. Do you mean the bug link? Or by Tubmailing you? Or is there some “contact us” option I’m just too lame to find? |

There’s a contact us link at the bottom of the screen. I presume that’s what he meant.
