on the “character” tab, click profile all the way to the right (above your log), then friends tab again all the way to the right. Add from there.
also you click on their profile and can add there, but not all posters have profiles available.

looking at a profile also near the top theres a invite bumon. If you are invited then you can go to their page and hit invite and it will add em if they approved, or go to Char. Profile tab friends Log in to see images!
