They’re little dragon eggs you “find” on the dragon site (dragcave.net). You then whore out links to them all over the net, and once they get a certain amount of unique views, they hatch into baby dragons. And that’s as far as I’ve gotten- I guess the babies grow up and you can then breed them and then they make more eggs, etc etc circle of life blah blah.
