I was cheated out of a forum visit! D':<

So I was playing this morning, getting scoops for speed runs when I got the “You only get 4 forum visits a day ect” message. I thought well that’s funny I only remember playing 3. So I looked at my character page and well…it showed me only pwning 3 forums. So at that moment I was like fuuuuck Log in to see images!

As you can see there are only 3 forums pwned and it still says I have 0 visits left (I never died, I was fighting the easiest forum for the scoops). Obviously an image like that can be shooped and stuff, but maybe you can take my word for it or even look into it, but I’m just looking for an explanation of what went wrong. fallingeastward edited this message on 02/19/2008 6:25PM |

Did you start a forum and then “Leave Battle”? Maybe to look at one of the past week’s forumbuildr ones? |

I looked at your logs, and it says you entered 4 forums today, however one of them was only 2 seconds after the other at 8:16:03. Since it was denture chat that you were visiting, I’m sure you aren’t scamming us, so I’ve credited you a forum visit.
I’ve seen this before but it’s rare, I’ve often thought it might be a proxy or web accelerator, but haven’t beeen able to reproduce what caused it. |

My only guess is that I double clicked the Denture Chat link, and it counted as 2 visits. I guess the only thing to do is to be more careful.
