Legal issues aside, I’m personally not comfortable seeing that kind of thing hosted here. We’re not easily offended and we can make fun of anything, but I don’t see why such grossly explicit material is needed to be lulzy.

Maybe a bit hard as it’s really hard to define what we can and can’t poste. I had no idea it was illegal in canada, and as your rules didn’t say anything about beforehand, a retroaktive ban seems harsh.

Another thing I would appreciate is a set of guidelines for what is acceptable and what is not. A lot of the more popular japanese game series are really cutting it close at times. (Final fantasy comes to mind) Can we post links to these things.

I believe it could be said that the game is parody, so it’s not applicable there. There is no parody in posting underaged girls in erotic positions/clothing/etc.
