76 is possible as a permanoob but only twice.
Time 1 you can do it with all the regular forums plus rise of the machines Time 2 you can do it with the regular forums plus both variety of the pony forum.
Either way it seems unlikely that many permanoobs are in position to get this peen yet. |

I’ve certainly done both without going back to von Neumann’s, will have to check and see if I can still beat the full version of the forum. This suggests a possible minor bit of abuse, in that you can maybe skip the purchase of the protection by using the forum link in the domination tab.
