75 PP should be enough, and if you max the rest out with Cables then you’ll be basically unstoppable.

Beast0r Cables are the most useless item in A&A. By the time you make enough money to buy them, you should already have 3 50TB HDDs and 4 Polka Dot Boxes for rollover.

That said, I have 215 Processing Power when my pwning equipment is on. That’s my base power, the nVulva TestES 6000RX (+75), the PLUM COMPUTERS KEYNOTE PODCAST.lstn file (+30) and the Prosthetic Finger Implant (+100). I never have to use any Ginseng, so that’s more than sufficient.

I only have the finger implant and I rarely have to use drugs anymore. I have 4 sets of Beastor and the book that gives 8 atk/8 def/8 luck. Just pump your attack – you don’t even need much ego.

What the heck else am I supposed to spend all this Flezz on? “Not having to adjust your hardware for rollover” is a minor benefit, but a benefit nonetheless; and after you buy Beast0r Cables, the finger implant, and the best hacker book, you have essentially nothing else useful to spend flezz on. So rather than “let the flezz pile up earlier” why not get the last useful thing, and let the flezz start piling up a little bit later.

Personally, I don’t devote any hardware spots to proc power. I use the finger implant, the hacker book, and I’ve been fiddling around with my .moars to see what works best, some of which give proc. power.

For the record, my stats are Offense 104 Defense 81 Luck 57, and I have 160 Proc Power. Nothing really gives me trouble

I have 4 Beast0r cables the finger implant and the Hacker book. I also have the other +8+8+8 book but I only use it when I don’t need the extra PP. I have a wetgear in case I find I need even more PP but so far I haven’t had to use it.

And for the record my offense is at 87, defense at 78, and luck is at least 54 (it changes rollover in which case I up my luck more). I’m only at level 28. I can pwn threads in 1 or 2 shots.

The +8’s book is better all around, but I’m just use the hacker book for PP. I could just as easily use consumables. But if I have the money why not use it?

How do i get the fingerprint? and the hacker book? i have been searching for these items but i dont know how to get there (nooby still) thnx to those who replied

I was actually an idiot and sold the +8 book when I got it, since I didn’t have the bookstore open yet so I couldn’t equip it. Ohwell, when episode 3 rolls out I should be able to get something better with the millions of flezz I will get in the meantime.

Thanks to all who posted, i just got episode 2 =), btw, how many surgical procedures/books can you equip? 1? 1 of each you have?

It probably affects the stability of your attack damage, like in most rpg’s. It’s your secondary attribute as a hacker and that’s how it usually works – keeps your attack range smaller and at the upper end.

I seriously think 450 PP is overkill, like 2-3 times what is really needed. You should try to run Beastors…+30 Offense really shows.
