Because, to the best of my knowledge, it has never been done before. So why should ET make an exception for you?

It’s impossible to reset a character. Buy a new alt if you want to play domination.

Hence the big “However, to keep a level playing field with those who play Forumwarz competitively, buying this item will disqualify you from the competitive aspects of the game, specifically Forumwarz Domination and the Leaderboards. But then again, cheaters are the true winners, aren’t they? ” warning when you bought the illegal upgrades.

I guess ET could add in a “Illegal upgrades are permanent and cannot be reversed” warning on there as well. I could have sworn there was one in there somewhere, though.

Think they could remove the flag once you’re totally out of visits. You could level faster, indeed, but that’d make next to no impact in the meantime.

Thus, let you take it off after a month or so. Or give a option if you want to remove it, you can’t use the alt for a month or somthing.
