HELP!! tshirt problem

I bought a tshirt for The Blackout online recently and it got delivered today. It’s a guys size small, only it’s very big for a small and it is like a dress on me. I really really want to be able to wear it out so all my friends think I am cool and therefore need someone to tell me how to shrink a cotton tshirt with a print on it? To make it smaller, you need to remove some material. Cut out the area around your breasts. See if that helps. If it doesn’t, post pics of you wearing it so we can determine what you did wrong.
