Depends on what the item does, but it will surely boost all stats. If everyone gets the same item, we could get something that’s a game-breaking advantage to new player’s, or nearly useless for high-level characters. Hard to balance. Still better, I think. Edit:Now that I think of it, the effects could vary depending on level, like Ego +(level * 4) or Offence +(level / 3).
