Ugh…
Okay, I opted for posting in the forums this time instead of sending off another damn bug report that I have no way of tracking if anyone actually gives a flying ****.
What the ****. I just got a Pistachio scoop for pwning 4 forums in a row. But according to my history (and my memory, hurr), I’m up to 12 in a row. Haven’t gotten killed, and haven’t ditched on a forum yet. But I only got a 4-in-a-row. This is kinda ****ed up.
But the last time I sent in a bug report about not getting credit for a speedrun time, I never got a reply or anything. And I sent in a bug report about mis-parsing the wink smiley. Nothing. And no way for me to even know anyone gives a ****.

Calm down. Do you know how many Bug reports there are at the moment? At least 300.
And all that has to be read and addresses by one guy, so of course it’s going to be a long time. Evil Trout bumures us that he does read and consider them all though, so your problem is in safe hands.

Bug reports have always been handled, you just need a little patience. When looking at what is being reported right now, discoveries about game mechanic problems, mission errors, lost contacts – things like that – are going to be given a pretty large priority over lost scoops on a week when Domination medals aren’t even being awarded. Of course one of my bug reports ended up being mistaken anyway… I thought the Wiki article for speedruns was the actual list of times for speedrunning. I didn’t even know about the leaderboards. So when I didn’t get credited for a speedrun well within the article’s times, I was kinda irked… but then I found the actual leaderboard times, and saw it wasn’t really a bug after all. So I imagine there are quite a good ****-ton of bug reports to file through… Log in to see images!

Wait, wait, wait. How does that break a run? The way it’s worded, it rather clearly implies “unique forums”, meaning that while you can pwn the same forum twice, it’d only count as one pwn overall, but not break the damn streak!

Yeah, I got that part. But the hidden rules (like if a Solitaire game will let you undo more than one move, although the basic rules stay the same) are left to interpretation. And the most logical interpretation of that “hidden rule” is that if you pwn the same forum more than once, it merely only counts once – not that it breaks your whole streak! Log in to see images!
