Once you are a little bigger will this be necessary on any level? I don’t have a high level Hacker and my Emo only just crossed into the 20s, but the only clbum I’ve needed more room on was the Hacker.

Once you have the top level equipment for your clbum you simply don’t need the low level attacks, which is awesome! Log in to see images!

I could go either way. It’s kind of a pain if you want to do FBO/XSS and some random skill specific to a mission in the same visit. It’s also kinda tricky to test new skills. One you finish the story, though, 10 is moar than enough.

signed – but an addition/alternative would be to improve the format for changing the combat bar, like say a grid view, with all the selections shown at once. To make it easier to switch things in and out.

I don’t really see any reason why we shouldn’t have some more room on the bar. The second bar should be qwertyuiop, and you could use -+ to switch which one is shown onscreen.

Hell might as well allow the whole keyboard’s worth of hotkeys for 4 bars. It’s not like there’s any harm in it.
