Since my first contest is over and there are still plenty of orphans around, I’m ready to share more FAIL AID

The rules of this contest are simple. You suggest someone ELSE to receive the BPs, and after a few days I’ll make a new thread with a poll of my favorite (who I think is most deserving) of the top 8 people that were nominated so everyone can vote. Still keep in mind that I am going to be picking people who are not known for having BPs or donated before when making suggestions. This is still a contest for po folks.
The top person after a designated time in the poll is the winner.
