I dunno. It was fun because there were hardly any active people in a couple my alt brackets (one rere got FOAR! Log in to see images!) but that might not have had anything to do with the theme.
It certainly shakes up the strategies and made me think about what I was doing with scoops and cards. For that I feel it was a positive experience. |

Really? I did well with it, but I thought it eliminated a hell of a lot of strategy. As the consecutive forums pwned number increases end of loop pistachio will be the single domination option during the 5 card week.

It does move the game more in the direction of action rather than strategy. Players have scoops available to spend on destruction or play, and they don’t so heavily pre-commit themselves, which helps to keep the game fluid. It was nice to see a number of players with maybe a chance, but many didn’t really fully utilise it. |

The outcome was more predictable. The main difference might be that many people bought more cards in the last minutes instead of playing cards they bought earlier.
