I’m tempted to take a shot at this, but I’ve already beaten IWBTG so I’m wondering if there really can be anything else left to challenge me after that monster of a game.

I’ve never heard of this thing, but I doubt it’s as hard as Kaizo Mario.

Heh, go look it up on Youtube. The traps you can see require some damn ridiculous timing, and then you also have to watch out for the invisible deathtraps that will pop up when you least expect them.

My cleared save file has ~2300 deaths logged, and that’s not counting times when I’ve died a few dozen times without making progress and thus not having those deaths saved when it crashes. Also I was playing on the easiest difficulty setting. Nobody’s beaten Impossible, though there are runs on Youtube of people getting roughly a quarter of the way through the game.

I looked up the first level. It doesn’t look anywhere NEAR as hard as bumhole Mario.
