I just think this was a rather pointless “raid.” People who play INCIT a lot (like myself) already know about all of the problems that plague the game, the terrible entries, the blatant dumpvoting, the win-stealing, the meme-spouting, and all the other forms of inanity that are rampant. As far as abusing it for scoops, like many have already pointed out, Buildr is a lot more efficient for that, unless you’re that desperate for the 12 scoops an hour that have to be distributed amongst the raiding klan members.
INCIT is a cesspool, but it’s our cesspool. Could you kindly not raid or troll it if you have no real interest in it? We have a hard enough time trying to promote actual creativity and humor as it is. (view post) |

Flezz sink/Upkeep suggestionBut when your equipment breaks, it just drains your ego, right? It doesn’t stop giving you the buffs, so why bother fixing it?

Game balance changesBut ET, maybe they’re even on their top attacks, but Hackers only get to use ipz once every 7 turns. Every other clbum has a refresh of 1 on their top 2 attacks; hackers are the only exception.
Up the PP cost and change the refresh on 404 and ipz to 1. Not only would that help to put the hackers on even ground with the other clbumes, it would actually force Hackers to equip a PP raising Hardware unless they plan on using consumables which would sabotage their own speedrun times. This would get rid of some of what supposedly made the hackers “broken” before, their ability to get +60 offense from Hardware alone. (view post) |

That’s my point, though. Hackers aren’t like the other 3 non-chall clbumes because of their gigantic refresh rates that force them into using inferior attacks. Every other clbum can just spam their best two. I can see making the top level Hacker attacks less powerful because of the advantage of having 4 Hardware slots, but why pile onto that with the high refresh rates? It just seems like overkill. Game balance changesUh, why exactly were hackers nerfed AGAIN? They already got screwed with the lower damage of ipz and avtr and the higher PP costs and longer refresh times, so now we decided to make them even worse by making their highest attack ridiculously underpowered and making avtr useless?
How does this make sense, exactly? Hackers are now by far the worst clbum. I have just under 130 offense on my Hacker alt and I won’t be able to 1 shot every thread because of the lowered power of avtr and the refresh on ipz. (view post) |
