FilthTomorrow is a new day, they say, And the future remains untold, So I’ve waited for the future, And my heart has grown so cold.
Time’s silence is deafening, As the sand continues to fall, Matched by only your absence, Wishing your name I could call.
These chains of destiny hold me, While my heart shouts and I try, To break free of this unwated fate, With pen, paper, and tears I cry. (view post) |

GarbageClockwork heart, Turn the key.. Will not start, Could it be..
Severed piece, Of the chime.. That did cease, Over time..
Loves may tick, Some may tock.. But neither fix, A broken clock.. (view post) |

TrashLate one night, long from dawn’s soft light, Stirred a little girl filled with dreadful fright. A noise, she thought, from beyond her closed door, Creeping and lurking over the squeaky wooden floor.
What could it be, awake at this dark, dark hour, Something fearful making the girl’s stomach sour. With bravado at hand and a sudden leap from the bed, Little girl found herself getting in over her head.
Silence greeted child beyond the closed door, But this only made her dread further once more. Where was the sound of parents in deep slumber, Her father usually sounding that of sawing lumber?
Tiny child’s feet drew across the great hall, Something slick nearly giving cause to her fall. There in the faint moonlight glimmered a streak, Blood spilled about, making little girl go weak.
To her now soiled feet little girl did climb, Drawn on by the clock’s midnight tolling chime. Past the blood hall and her parents door cracked, There she found the beast performing its act.
An act of dance to the little girl’s surprise, Monsterous raven performing, waltzing to those wise. While afraid she was her feet continued forward, Seeming entranced by the black-hearted bird.
‘Come to me, my daughter,’ the raven did cry, As it danced about with ebony wings lifted high. Little girl then joined the beast in strange dance, Ne’er to see her slain parents in pbuming glance.
As morning light drew upon this rather bleak scene, The truth of the night was exposed to be seen. Once home now tomb for those parents laying dead, While little girl had vanished from beside their bed.
Taken flight had she, with black raven at her side, Stolen away from this world by the dark bird’s pride. Beware one should if they dare wander about night, For they may find themself too lost from day’s light. (view post) |

WordsAdditional words for this topic:
Beneath the wisteria tree’s great limbs, In a jaded pond koi hastily swims. With tail fin a’swish and scales a’shimmer, They feast upon insect: water skimmer.
With a sudden splash water does shatter, Causing hungry koi to run and scatter. Down falls the offending thing, a young boy, Changing quickly into another koi.
Above churning pond wisteria rests, Pleased at the addition to her small guests. Lengthy limbs of purple slither and sway, Humorous trick her fine beauty did play. (view post) |

WordsThe story of my dear love’s plight, With quill in hand I start to write. Quick dip into the ink filled well, To begin the night’s magic spell.
Each word is quick to cross the page, Like graceful dancers on a stage. But with each pbum my breath is lost, As if lungs filled with painful frost.
With chest chill and lips of light blue, My hazey eyes take in the view. The silky ink now crimson red, It seems the quill my blood it bled.
And with a prick against my heart, A flow from my mouth that did start. Trickling from my blue-hued lips, Black ink to drip upon my scripts.
For when writing with one’s own soul, Time catches up to take it’s toll. (view post) |
