Prices are not going to go down, the only solution is to stop relying on oil.

Altazimuth hits closer to home than you do. Yes, there are alternatives out there, and for 99% of the points they are much better than oil. However, they aren’t cheaper than oil (yet). Until oil prices rise to the point where they overshoot the alternatives for a significant period of time, we won’t see a mass-shift in fuel choice.

Now, I’d prefer the alternatives myself, but keep in mind with electric cars (including hybrids) that the batteries still use Nickel. Lots and lots and lots of nickel, which is a poisonous pollutant. I’ve read about a plant up north (I believe it was in Canada, but don’t quote me) where the land around the plant is so dead Hollywood uses it for “Other Planet” scenes.
Bubo2008-04-08T20:49:09Ztag:www.forumwarz.com,2007-10-31:DiscussionPost/68264Suggestion: Downvote = Feedback
True, but in the Clarification thread I linked, quite a few people were willing to wade through crap feedback to get honest feedback. Perhaps create a folder inside of Tubmail to auto-redirect feedback messages into so it doesn’t flood out personal tubmails?
Bubo2008-04-08T20:44:58Ztag:www.forumwarz.com,2007-10-31:DiscussionPost/68253Suggestion: Downvote = Feedback
Alright, I was reading the ”Can we get clarification on what is allowable in discussing forumbuildr submissions?” thread and thinking about the multiple suggestions about how downvoting needs to be limited, and inspiration struck. As those who’ve read my dribble before know, I tend to post my inspiration before thinking it all the way through, so don’t be surprised if this idea sucks.

Why don’t we combine a downvote limit with anonymous feedback? Implement a feature to offer feedback on ideas (it could be as simple as a tubmail generator). Put a limit on how many downvotes a player can cast, but raise that limit for every feedback that they send. As in, a player can only downvote X times, but that limit is reset or raised if they give Y feedbacks.

Thoughts, ideas, do I really really suck?
Bubo2008-04-08T20:39:03Ztag:www.forumwarz.com,2007-10-31:DiscussionPost/67103I cannot WAIT for the 40 forum e-peen!
I’d be more interested in a 42 forum e-peen, or a 69 forum e-peen. 40 is just…. meh.
Bubo2008-04-07T11:03:29Ztag:www.forumwarz.com,2007-10-31:DiscussionPost/66876Buff trolls!
Good grief, and then to edit it after being called for failing to give credit, and just adding it as a postscript? You try to highjack his thread where he presents the facts that he took effort to gather in support of buffing trolls, and when that didn’t work you just rip those facts and put them in your own thread. To add injury to the insult, you don’t even give credit to him for spending the time gathering those facts in the first place. This thread == FAIL.
Bubo2008-04-06T22:58:23Ztag:www.forumwarz.com,2007-10-31:DiscussionPost/66447So let me tell you about my son

SLAVE-JEWESS Posted:

I try to make an effort to not have him be a serial killer

Lots of hugs and stuff

You know, reading everything you are trying to accomplish with your son, I am reminded of a quote that I learned in High School that I feel is very true:

We are the people that our parents warned us about.

The more that you emphasize a specific behavior, the more mystique that it holds for a child as they grow older, more independant, and more rebellious. This doesn’t mean that it’s a guaranteed behavior mold, but rather that it will lead the child to pay more attention to the forbidden behavior as they grow older, and familiarity tends to breed contentment or attractiveness.

Instead of trying to mold your child’s behavior, you should show your child acceptance of their behaviors, and correct when the child does something dangerous (socially, physically, or mentally). Let your son grow into his own person, let him play, let him find himself. Stop him from throwing the poor kitty (again, correcting dangerous behavior) but let him play with the dolls.

Oh yeah, and you give him lots of hugs but don’t expect him to grow a curiosity and fondness for boobies why????
Bubo2008-04-06T10:41:59Ztag:www.forumwarz.com,2007-10-31:DiscussionPost/664434 Paranoid Panorama Runs

Bigguyinblack Posted:

Now, keep in mind that I have yet to actually play a Troll. However, from what I understand of the class description, your specialty lies in the ability to take on tougher forums than the other classes earlier, and actually survive.

We have a friend who actually wears F cups (unfortunately this is due to general overweightness, not an epic chest).
